RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every single piece designed and produced at Jonaaki goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour, embroidery, and texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
Exchange Eligibility
- We accept exchanges within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be free from stains, odours, or damage.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
- Return or exchange is not allowed for already exchanged orders.
- Clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Do not accept packages if they are damaged or tampered.

We will arrange return pickup within 3ā5 working days.
Defective / Missing / Wrong Product
- Share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Photographs must be shared as proof.
- Claims without video evidence will not be considered.
Strictly Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:
- Items purchased during sale, discount, flash sale, or using coupon codes
- Custom-made pieces or products tailored to your measurements
- Items showing signs of wear including stains, perfume, sweat marks, or wash damage
- Items purchased using a credit note
- Items bought during promotional campaigns
- Items already exchanged once
All such purchases are Final Sale. No exceptions will be made.
