Shipping Within India
- Free shipping on prepaid orders
- Flat ā¹300 shipping for COD orders
- COD available only for orders above ā¹2,500
- For orders above ā¹5,000, only prepaid options will be available
- Working days are Monday ā Friday; shipping timelines exclude weekends
- Tracking details will be emailed once the order is dispatched
- Order cancellation is not allowed once the order has been shipped
- Requests for change in shipping address cannot be accepted post dispatch
- During sale periods, slight delays may occur due to high order volume
Delays due to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, or delivery outages are beyond our control; however, we will keep you informed of your orderās status.
If delays arise due to production capacity at Jonaaki, we will notify you at the time of order confirmation, and you will have the option to accept or cancel the order.
International Shipping
- Any duties, taxes, or levies chargeable on international orders are to be borne by the customer
- Shipping charges start from ā¹2,500 and vary by location
- Products typically dispatch within 7 working days
- Delivery takes approximately 7ā10 working days after dispatch
- Tracking details will be shared via email once dispatched
- Requests for change in shipping address cannot be accepted post dispatch
